The preparatory steps you need to take are divided into two parts: before entering China and after entering China.

Before entering China: (What you need to complete in your passport country)

(1) Firstly, you must have a basic concept for the company you wish to establish and prepare the corresponding materials. For this purpose, we provide a checklist for reference:

----Registered capital · Total investment (including third-party invoices, e.g., bank loans)

----Proof of registered address (Datong City): Lease agreement for business premises or utility bills

----Shareholder list / Shareholding ratio allocation / Basic identity document information

---- Organisational Structure: Details of corporate framework (e.g. Board of Directors, Managing Director, Legal Representative, Supervisory Board)

(2) Notarisation of Documents (Legalisation)

- Company documents notarised by institutions recognised by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs

- Notarisation by the home country's Ministry of Foreign Affairs

(3) Visa Application

Upon entry into China: (After establishing the enterprise in Datong City, Shanxi Province)

(1) Within 15 days, visit the Datong Entry-Exit Reception Hall (Junction of Heng'an Street and Wenxing Road, east of Yingbin Bridge, Nanjiao District, Shuipo Temple Township, Pingcheng District) to replace the residence permit.

(2) Procedures required for company establishment in Datong City:
